Cancellation of order

NO cancellation is allowed after order is confirmed and payment is made. However, changing of dates is possible. Please notify us at least 48 hours before your initial delivery time via our contact form / IG DM (along with your order number) to make changes. Do note that the change is subjected to our slot availability as well.


While we try our best to pack and seal the cake properly in order to avoid any unwanted circumstances, please do take note that we're not liable for any damages of the cake caused during delivery.

Other issues

Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong order or your order is incomplete. If complaint is made a day after the delivery date, we will not be responsible for it.
