Finally after rounds of experimenting, we have come up with the perfect recipe for our new cake flavour — GENMAICHA CHIFFON CAKE W/ ADZUKI BEANS 🍵

KEY INGREDIENTS

Made with Niko Neko’s Genmaicha powder, our Genmaicha chiffon cake is not only super soft, but it is also topped with Genmaicha-infused dairy whipping cream, which has a toasty aroma, followed by a distinct rice cracker-like flavour, ending with Kabusecha’s signature deep umami aftertaste. 

To create a wonderful combination of roasted aroma and sweetness, we also included adzuki beans (imported from Japan) into the layers.
